Subprocessors
These companies process data for the hosted Gatehouse service at usegatehouse.com. Self-hosted installations don't use them unless your organization configures them.
| Subprocessor | What they do | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Hosting (Amazon Lightsail), encrypted backups (object storage) | All Customer Data, encrypted at rest | United States (us-east-1) |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES) | Sending invites and password reset emails | Name, email address | United States |
| Let's Encrypt (ISRG) | TLS certificates | None (domain names only) | United States |
Integrations your organization turns on, such as Slack for approvals or your identity provider for single sign-on, receive data under your own agreement with them, not as our subprocessors.
We'll update this page, and notify account owners who have subscribed, at least 30 days before adding a subprocessor. To subscribe, email privacy@usegatehouse.com.
